| Committee Members: Marilyn Carlson, Ed Dubinsky, Dave DeVries, Kathy Heid, Annie Selden (Chair). There being no requests for Charter or By-laws changes, the Governance Committee was inactive in 2003. However, since the MAA Committee on SIGMAAs will be requesting all SIGMAAs to make some changes to their charters soon, it is anticipated that 2004 will be an active year for the Governance Committee.
